Our Mission

Our mission is to lead young people to educational persistence and a well informed and charted path towards work-readiness and meaningful employment aimed at getting them prepared to enter a career trajectory.

Personal and Career Awareness

Learning self-concept, and recognizing positive personal characteristics. Identifying academic strengths and how that relates to one's career interest.

Work Basics

Understanding job details and duties such as tasks, environment, and equipment. Also, the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics one must possess to complete the required job duties well. In addition, the abilities and behaviors that drive job success.

21st Century Skills

A cluster of skills necessary to get along well with others, including respecting others and expressing appreciation, resolving conflict, and behaving according to social norms.

Technical Skills

Abilities and knowledge needed to perform specific tasks. These are practical skills that often relate to mechanical, IT, mathematical, or scientific tasks.

Business Skills

A cluster of skills such as leadership, financial management, negotiation and communication, project management, planning, customer service, delegation, and time management.

The Fundamentals

The fundamentals for living a successful and rewarding life. An emphasis on personal responsibility and a mindset for success such as developing success habits and making better decisions.

We offer an introductory to intermediate level of education, exposure, training, and career development. ANI Youth Apprentices learn personal and career awareness, work basics, 21st century skills, technical skills, business skills, and the fundamentals for living a successful and rewarding life.
